Steven Lehmann is Head of Global Analytics at UCB, a Belgian pharma company with 5b in revenue, leading a team of 35 to drive better company decision making with advanced analytics in every business aspect from HR to financials, business R&D analytics, social listening, production/supply chain and commercial advanced analytics with global accountability.
In 2021 he published the book Digital Jackpot – How to win the digital gamble in a post corona world on amazon and has a master innovation and technology management.
Adam Pradela is Executive Vice President Corporate Accounting & Controlling at Deutsche Post DHL Group. In this position, he is responsible for key strategic Finance projects such as implementing new IFRS standards, strengthening financial compliance and further developing corporate management processes, by applying digital models. In addition, he is in charge for the Sustainability (ESG) Reporting & Controlling.
Since joining Deutsche Post DHL Group in 2002, Adam Pradela has worked at various European locations predominantly as CFO for the Central Europe region and Network Operations & Aviation Europe.
After graduating in business administration from the University of Cologne, he held senior finance positions at multinational companies such as Unilever, Pepsi-Cola and Tetra Pak in Germany and Switzerland.
Prof. Dr. Utz Schäffer
Utz Schäffer is Director of the Institute of Management and Controlling of WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management together with Marko Reimer and Jürgen Weber. His research focuses on the role of the controller and the digital transformation of the finance function.
Heiko Schletz is Head of Governance, Methods and Systems at BSH Hausgeräte GmbH and responsible for group-wide reporting including methods among other things. He is responsible for the technical side of BSH's S/4 group project, which aims to redefine accounting and controlling excellence using the technical possibilities of the S/4 HANA ERP platform. The harmonization and integration of internal and external accounting is one of the key focus.
Over the last 20 years, he has held various positions within the BSH Group, including Head of Business Administration Eastern Europe, Head of Regional Controlling Asia-Pacific and CFO of a BSH subsidiary abroad.
Before joining BSH, he worked for a medium-sized company in the automotive supply industry for several years in various business management functions.
Prof. (em) Dr. Dr. h.c. Jürgen Weber
Jürgen Weber is Director of the Institute of Management and Controlling of WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management together with Marko Reimer and Utz Schäffer. His research focuses on organizational change and the controllership.
